pyrope:

The concept for "Pyrope" is a loose interpretation of the classic Ophelia character, inspired by a passage that has intrigued me since I first read Hamlet as a teenager:

-Her clothes spread wide;
And, mermaid-like, awhile they bore her up:
Which time she chanted snatches of old tunes;
As one incapable of her own distress, or like a creature native and indued
Unto that element (act IV, scene VII)
